About the Author

Hey friend! I am Lindsy, I am a physical therapist in Northern New Hampshire. While working in hospital based inpatient and outpatient settings, I have noticed that my patients were not getting the support they needed after they left the hospital or clinic. I am in a very rural area so resources for support are quite limited. That's why I created Movement Managed PT. I want you to feel the support you get from me in the clinic at home, at work and out in the community. I work primarily with women with ADHD and the chronic pain population and I love incorporating non-traditional techniques into your healthcare plan.
